At EMMIOL, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your EMMIOL account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
